My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of Matt Perry.  Samantha and I wanted to thank you all for a job well done.  We know we had our hiccups, but frankly given the complexity of the work you do that is to be expected.  What is important is that you addressed issues properly and quickly.  We were very impressed with all of your skill, patience, and quick follow-up.

Being in sales myself I recognize that at the end of the day results matter.  We made the decision to hire Ashley on September 13 - so in less than 3 months this team got a house sold, and a new one purchased and closed.  Back in 2006 that may not be remarkable, but given the economy, shape of our old house, and the fact that Samantha and I must have looked at about 400 homes in Raleigh, I think this was a huge achievement!
