Sara Chorba is an experienced professional who specializes in bringing Buyers and Sellers together in the Raleigh real estate market!  She has a Masters degree in HydroGeology from East Carolina University, has thrived in the pharmaceutical sales arena – both as a salesperson and trainer, but is happiest as a North Raleigh Real Estate agent, wife, mother and dog lover! Sara is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia and was relocated to Research Triangle Park with GlaxoSmithKline—she knows exactly what it’s like to be a newcomer in the Triangle. She and her husband, daughter, and their 4-legged furry companion live in North Raleigh, just outside of the beltline in the highly sought after Midtown location - between North Hills & Crabtree Valley shopping districts. 

Sara followed her instincts in 2006 and left the pharmaceutical world to apply her sales and marketing expertise full time in the real estate world—selling over $5 million in volume her first year! After starting her career at a local ReMax franchise, Sara joined Wilson Realty Group of Keller Williams Preferred and compliments the team in Team Management and Listing Specialist capacities.  Sara specializes in homes sales in the Raleigh, Wake Forest, Apex and Cary areas and has been recognized year after year for sales success.

 

As an ePro, Sara contributes technical knowledge and resources to develop social marketing plans that sell homes quickly, and for top dollar. Her skills shine as an Accredited Buyer Representative and a National Association of Realtor’s GREEN agent. Sara was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential. A professional and energetic approach is characteristic of Sara and her management and sales roles within Wilson Realty Group!
