Beginning his career in the construction industry, Chad Wilson began as a licensed general contractor running a very successful home improvement business here in the area.  Servicing Charlotte, Fort Mill, Concord and surrounding areas, Chad became very familiar with the housing and construction industry.

Growing up in Concord NC and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Chad’s roots are right here in NC.  Watching Wilson Realty Group grow to become one of the most successful teams in North and South Carolina and a team with unforeseen growth, Chad’s interest in real estate peaked.

Chad became a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in SC and a Real Estate Broker in NC and joined Wilson Realty Group in November 2011.  After years of experience in the industry, Chad realized helping people achieve their goals and dreams are his passion.  His clients are always his biggest fans, and he never loses sight of the fact that customers always come first.  Chad looks forward to leading and growing the Carolinas Division of Wilson Realty Group in the coming years.

Currently a resident of Fort Mill, Chad is married to Kellee, his wife of 5 years.  They have a daughter Lilly and a son Conner.  Chad is a sports fanatic, loves to play golf, loves the outdoors, loves playing fantasy football (do not join his league- he is an allstar!), and spending time with his family and friends.
