Brenda Simpson

Brenda is a North Carolina native and has been in the Triangle for eleven years, selling Real Estate for the last nine years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University and was a stay at home Mom for a number of years. Brenda then sold office equipment, and won many awards and was the number one sales person at my company for fifteen out of seventeen years. She won the Minolta Regional award and Savin National award for product demonstrations. She have two sons, one in New Bern that is in banking and one in the Triangle that is also in Real Estate. They are both married and her oldest son just gave her the greatest gift in the world a beautiful grand-daughter.

 

Brenda takes pride in building relationships with her clients and in taking their wants and needs and finding their perfect home. She believes that specializing as a buyer agent allows her to concentrate all her efforts in becoming more knowledgeable in my field and gives her an advantage in knowledge of neighborhoods, homes, builders and market knowledge that is far greater than an agent that is dividing their time working with buyers, listing homes and prospecting for business.
