Neighborhood Information on Stonebridge in Raleigh, North Carolina

With more than 500 single-family homes, Stonebridge is one of the largest neighborhoods in the Raleigh area.  There is also a very strong sense of community within Stonebridge, as evident by the many volunteer-led community activities that occur on a continual basis:

  • Junior Tennis
  • Swim Team
  • Adult Tennis Teams

Homes in this expansive subdivision range from $300,000 to $750,000 and lot acreage ranges from 0.81 acres to as much as 6.18 acres.  Many of these homes were built in the 1980s.

A neighborhood home owner’s association ensures that the grounds, as well as the community clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts, are all kept in pristine condition.

Quality School and Amenities Surround the Stonebridge Neighborhood in Raleigh

Like all Raleigh subdivisions, Stonebridge subdivision is served by Wake County Public Schools.  Thanks to its location, Stonebridge residents have access to some of the best public schools in the system, including:

  • Baileywick Elementary School
  • West Millbrook Middle School
  • Millbrook High School

Stonebridge is also conveniently located near I-540, meaning you’re always only a short drive from some of the best attractions in the Raleigh area, such as:

  • Research Triangle Park
  • William B. Umstead State Park
  • Falls Lake State Recreation Area
